Our Fight Camp sessions are perfect for adults (15+) looking to learn and improve their boxing skills in a structured, high-energy environment. Designed for beginners and intermediates, these sessions focus on fitness, technique, and building confidence—without the pressure of competition.

Whether you want to get fitter, learn the fundamentals of boxing, or take your skills to the next level, Fight Camp will challenge and motivate you.

What to Expect in Every Session:

Boxing Fitness & Conditioning

Full-body workouts to boost endurance, strength & speed
High-energy drills to improve agility, coordination & footwork

Technical Boxing Training

Learn proper stance, movement & punching technique
Pad work, bag drills & defensive skills
Work at your own pace with guidance from experienced coaches

No Experience? No Problem!

Train in a friendly, welcoming environment
No sparring required—just great boxing training for fitness & skill
Progress at your own pace with expert coaching & support

Group 1:

Wednesday – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Friday – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Group 2:

Thursday – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Sunday – 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pricing:
Under 18s: £30 per month
18+: £40 per month

Our kids’ boxing sessions are a great way for young people to stay active, build confidence, and learn discipline in a fun and supportive environment. Open to all skill levels, these sessions focus on fitness, technique, and teamwork while ensuring each child trains at their own pace.
