The Grind is Wellingborough ABC’s invite-only training program for competing and soon-to-compete boxers. Designed to push you to your limits, these high-intensity sessions focus on technical skill, fight strategy, and peak conditioning to prepare you for the ring.

If you’re serious about boxing, ready to compete, and committed to the grind, this is where champions are made.

What to Expect in Every Session:

Fight-Ready Conditioning

💪 Combat-specific endurance, strength & agility training
🏃‍♂️ Explosive drills & footwork development

Technical & Tactical Training

Advanced pad work, bag drills & defensive techniques
Fight strategy, ring control & tactical movement

Sparring & Competition Prep

Supervised sparring for registered England Boxing competitors
Tactical fight simulations & mindset coaching

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday – 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Pricing:
Under 18s: £30 per month
18+: £40 per month

Invitation Only – Train with WABC’s Best

This program is exclusively for active and soon-to-compete boxers.
Sparring is only available for medically cleared & England Boxing-registered athletes.
Commitment, discipline & dedication required.

OUR OTHER PROGRAMMES

Combines non-contact boxing and psychology-informed mentoring to give young people aged 8 to 25 the skills and inspiration to make positive changes in their lives.

Our kids’ boxing sessions are a great way for young people to stay active, build confidence, and learn discipline in a fun and supportive environment. Open to all skill levels, these sessions focus on fitness, technique, and teamwork while ensuring each child trains at their own pace.
