Our adult boxing class is extremely popular. Classes are open to all fitness levels. You will only be asked to work to your own limits.

You will be instructed by one of the club’s qualified coaches who will be able to teach you the basics in a safe and controlled environment.

Adult boxing classes are split into 2 groups

Adult Group 1 Wednesday and Friday from 6.30pm-7.30pm

Adult Group 2 Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm & Sundays 11am-12:30pm

Our kids’ boxing sessions are a great way for young people to stay active, build confidence, and learn discipline in a fun and supportive environment. Open to all skill levels, these sessions focus on fitness, technique, and teamwork while ensuring each child trains at their own pace.

Led by our qualified and experienced coaches, the classes provide a safe and structured setting where children can develop their boxing skills while improving their overall fitness.

Kids Group 1 Monday 6.30pm-7.30pm & Friday 6.30pm-7.30pm

Kids Group 2 Tuesday 7:15pm – 8:15pm Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm

Our women’s boxing class is a great way to improve fitness, tone up, and build confidence—all while enjoying a fun and challenging workout.

Led by our experienced female coach, each session is designed to teach the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive and empowering environment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to develop your skills, you’ll be guided every step of the way.

The womens class takes place every Tuesday from 6.15pm – 7.15pm

No experience needed—just come along, get moving, and enjoy the benefits of boxing!
