A brilliant start to the day in King’s Lynn as one of our young boxers picked up a unanimous decision victory in his very first competitive bout.

From the opening bell he gave a strong account of himself, boxing well under instruction and growing into the contest as the rounds went on.

He finished particularly strongly, forcing his opponent to take a standing eight count in the third round before going on to secure a well-deserved unanimous decision victory.

It was a fantastic debut and a great first step in his competitive boxing journey. There is still plenty to learn and develop, but performances like this give us plenty to build on.

A big thank you to Charlie and Phil for travelling and coaching on the day.

Well done — first bout, first win! 🏆🥊
