Young Champs – Kids Boxing at WABC

Fun, Fitness & Discipline for Ages 8-14

Our Young Champs program is the perfect way for kids to stay active, build confidence, and learn the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment. Open to all skill levels, our sessions focus on fitness, technique, and teamwork while ensuring each child trains at their own pace.

What to Expect in Every Session:

Warm-Up & Fitness Training

Fun agility drills to improve movement and coordination
Strength and conditioning exercises to build endurance

Boxing Fundamentals

 Learning stance, footwork & balance
Shadow boxing, pad work & bag drills
Partner drills to develop teamwork & confidence

Confidence & Discipline

Encouraging positive habits through focus & discipline
Building self-esteem and respect for coaches & teammates

 

Session Details

Ages 8-14 | Monthly Membership: £30

We offer two different training groups to suit your schedule:

Group 1:

Monday – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Friday – 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Group 2:

Tuesday – 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM
Thursday – 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Combines non-contact boxing and psychology-informed mentoring to give young people aged 8 to 25 the skills and inspiration to make positive changes in their lives.

Get Fit, Feel Strong, and Learn to Box in a Supportive Environment Our women’s boxing class is a great way to improve fitness, tone up, and build confidence—all while enjoying a fun and challenging workout.

A high-energy boxing workout for all fitness levels. Learn the basics, build strength, and push your limits under the guidance of our expert coaches.
